Finding Us

We are located just off the A4 Bath Road, with easy access from central Bristol. Street parking is available on Meadow Lane, and there is a small car park behind the building for clients. If travelling by bus, the number 1 and 39 services stop nearby on Wells Road.

We recommend booking at least three to five days ahead, particularly for weekend slots which fill quickly. For monthly care plan members, we can often accommodate same-day requests subject to availability.
Currently our grooming services are only available at our Bristol facility where we have professional equipment. However, our pet sitting and drop-in visit services are conducted at your home.
We accept cash, all major debit and credit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is taken at the end of each appointment. For care plans, we can set up monthly direct debit for convenience.
Absolutely. We welcome visits from prospective clients who want to see our facility and meet the people who will be caring for their pet. Just let us know you would like to pop in and we will arrange a convenient time.
