Pricing Notes
Prices shown are starting rates for standard-sized pets with coats in good condition. Large breed dogs, severely matted coats or pets requiring extensive dematting may incur additional charges. We will always discuss any adjustments before proceeding.
Booking and Cancellation
We recommend booking at least three days in advance, especially for weekend appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
What to Bring
Please bring proof of up-to-date vaccinations to your first appointment. If your pet requires specific food for day care or overnight stays, please provide it labelled with feeding instructions. Any medications should come with written dosage information.
